示范仲裁条款
            凡因本合同而产生的或与本合同有关的任何争议。包括合约的存在、效力或终止等任何问题，应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（简称“中心”），并按其现行有效的规则，在新加坡进行最终仲裁，本合约签订后，若中心对其仲裁规则有所修订，则按中心已通过且生效的最新修订规则进行仲裁，中心的现行规则或上述修订规则应被视为本条的一部分。

            订约各方还可以在条款中加入：
            仲裁庭将由         位由中心主席指定的仲裁员组成。（请确定一位或三位）

            MODEL CLAUSE
            Any dispute arising out of in connection with this contract,
            including any question regarding its existence, validity or
            termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by
            arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of
            the Singapore International Arbitration Center(“SIAC Rules”) for the
            time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by
            reference in this clause.
